Cancellation policy.
Beginning June 20th, 2022, we will now require a card to be put on file before scheduling an appointment for new clients. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our Cancellation/ No-show Policies. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the total service(s). Appointments that clients do not show, or arrives 15 minutes late will be charged 80% of the service(s). We take pride in our stylists and their time and it is important that we ensure their success. Hair care policy.
Color and other chemical appointments are guaranteed only if the recommended at-home haircare is purchased directly from So-Lace. Due to the diversion of professional products, purchasing your haircare prescription outside of So-Lace will result in forfeiture of any guarantee. Diversion occurs when a product is made counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise not real. We urge you to google “Beauty Diversion” to learn more. Store products are not of the same quality nor calibrated to the same formulas as our professional color/chemicals and are not recommended for use.
Children policy.
Due to the relaxing nature in our salon and our safety reasons, children are not permitted in the salon without an appointment. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult/ guardian during the entire appointment and a parent must sign the client intake form for the services. Parents receiving a service are not considered the active chaperone of a child.
